Job Summary: The objective and role of the Development Lead is to develop and deliver on B2THEWORLD’s goal of growing annual donations from $750k to $2M over the next 3 years, supporting our vision of serving 10,000+ students per year.
This key role requires a leader who can strategically define and execute our efforts to scale resources and significantly expand our impact. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO and personally build and maintain new funding relationships. Source New Funding: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with high-net-worthindividuals, churches and other grant making organizations and inspire them to support our mission financially
Develop Philadelphia and the I-95 Corridor: We’d like to see Philadelphia be a base ofoperations for us, as well as a funding base, while continuing to expand our geographical input throughout the US.
Grow Existing Funders: Nurture and expand relationships with current funders, encouraging and inspiring them to increase their support of our mission
Drive Strategy: Set fundraising goals, strategy, and plans, adhering to strategy, drivingalignment, and producing regular reports for the CEO and board on progress
Level-Up Funder Comms: Develop and implement a multi-channel communication strategy to ensure our funders are inspired and up to date with our latest progress
Organize Fundraising Events: Plan and execute a variety of fundraising events ranging from small virtual gatherings to large in-person events
Experience in sales or fundraising; skilled with the systems, processes, and strategies involved in revenue generation, with a proven track record of delivering results
Demonstrated ability to forge and nurture meaningful relationships with high-net-worth and other individuals, churches and granting organizations to support an organization’s goals and objectives

The Campus Ambassador Intern will work alongside our Portfolio Specialist & Operations Associate to organize at least two events, create a marketing and development plan for their campus, work with college organizations, ministries and churches on and near their campus, and help create a fundraising plan for one of B2THEWORLD’s projects.

You will be expected to collaborate with the Communications Specialist on a real-life campaign project and develop an overall marketing strategy. In this role, you will target audiences in specific contexts, guided by B2THEWORLD’s overall objectives and strategies. You will collaborate with the Operations Associate on creating either an event or campaign to increase engagement and grow our donor base. This role is for someone who has a pulse of current social media trends and is confident in how to grow our overall online presence. Job Summary: The executive research internship is a research-intensive role that provides the opportunity to collaborate with B2THEWORLD Operations Associate. Ben has 4 books that are being birthed in his heart. The goal for this internship is to complete assignments that involve research and writing to support Ben’s book writing and writing of research articles. Additionally, you would work with the Operations Associate to submit your assignments and receive advice or insight on how to help build Ben’s writing and published works. The executive research intern will research, draft, edit and provide support to writing projects.
As the executive research intern, you would promote and fulfill the vision, mission and values of B2THEWORLD. Additionally:

o Find statistics related to war (specifically in the countries we are praying to work in)

The Prayer Coordinator would develop a prayer strategy for B2THEWORLD. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO, the Prayer Coordinator Intern would collect prayer needs from throughout the organization — staff, partners, projects — and develop systematic ways for prayer to be embedded throughout the organization. Additionally, working with the CEO, the Prayer Coordinator would work to identify short-term and long-term prayer items to be covered on a daily basis.
