Originally from Wisconsin, Lowell is a retired career Air Force officer, living in Beavercreek, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and a law degree from Cornell Law School. After retiring from active duty, he worked as a Certified Financial Planner for a few years, and later took a civilian attorney position with the Air Force investigating procurement fraud. Lowell has been a financial partner of B2THEWORLD since its inception.  He is active in his church, serving as an elder and chairman of the missions committee.  He and his wife Leny, a retired school teacher, enjoy camping, hiking, biking, card games, board games, and pickleball. They have three adult married children and seven grandchildren residing in Delaware, Oklahoma, and California.
