Suzan is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in Human Resource Management,  administration, operations, events planning, and training coordination. She has worked in both local and international NGOs. With this vast experience, Suzan brings a well-rounded skill set to her roles. Currently, Suzan serves as the Admissions & Marketing Coordinator at KICS as well as People and Culture Lead at B2THEWORLD. Suzan is. a Christian, and a proud mother of three children, two daughters and a son, balancing her professional commitments with her family life. She resides in Kigali- Rwanda.
